Rebecca Cushing has been a Silva UltraMind trainer since 2004. She has a passion for teaching the techniques of José Silva because they have worked for her, and have been working for millions of people since the 1960s.

Rebecca has been a student of metaphysics and spirituality since she was introduced to the art of creative visualization in 1967. Over the years, she has immersed herself in dynamic meditation, holistic healing and metaphysical solutions, and has delved into the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, Ernest Holmes, Gurdjieff, and Mary Baker Eddy, among others. She teaches the Silva UltraMind System course because it gives people the simple dynamic meditation techniques they can use on a daily basis to improve their lives on every level. Because she herself uses the UltraMind System with consistent results, she is able to teach with conviction the principles which underlay this system, and show others how to get results in the real world.

Rebecca's vast experience as both a student and teacher has inspired her to dedicate her life to bringing metaphysical learning and healing into the lives of as many people as she can. Following in the footsteps of giants like José Silva himself, her life's mission is help the world "wake up."

Currently a resident of Westport, Massachusetts, Rebecca teaches the Silva UltraMind System throughout the New England area, as well as worldwide. She also instructs coaches and course graduates privately on a limited basis.
